How long does it take to get into a city chat?+
Under a minute. Install, verify with a selfie, search the city, hit join. Most users have their first conversation within 10 minutes of opening the app.
Do I have to commit to a trip date?+
No. You can join chats for cities you're 'maybe' going to next year, for cities you live in, or for cities you've never been to. Trip dates are optional — they just make matching with overlapping nomads easier.
Can I be in more than one city chat?+
Yes — most active nomads are in 3–10 city chats at a time, covering their current city, upcoming destinations and home base.
